This full-day escape takes you deep into Malaysia’s ancient rainforest, offering a mix of hiking, wildlife exploration, cultural encounters, and river adventure.
Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from Kuala Lumpur, followed by a scenic drive to the gateway of Taman Negara National Park at Kuala Tahan. Upon arrival, meet your guide and set off on an immersive jungle trek through one of the world’s oldest rainforests, making your way to Teresek Hill (or Indah Hill) for breathtaking panoramic views over the dense canopy. After working up an appetite, enjoy a relaxing local lunch at the Taman Negara Floating Restaurant. The adventure continues with an exhilarating rapid shooting experience along the Tembeling River, where you’ll navigate splashing rapids and cool off in the refreshing waters. Later, visit a traditional Orang Asli village to learn about Malaysia’s indigenous culture, survival skills, and way of life. As the day winds down, sit back and relax on the return journey to Kuala Lumpur, arriving in the evening with unforgettable memories of your rainforest escape.

Kuala Tahan Visit
Kuala Tahan is the main gateway to Taman Negara National Park. This charming riverside village is where your rainforest journey officially begins. You’ll meet your guide here, get a quick orientation, and prepare for your jungle adventure surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of nature.
Trip 2
Taman Negara National Park Walk
Step into one of the oldest rainforests on Earth as you embark on a guided jungle walk through Taman Negara National Park. Trek along natural trails, discover exotic النباتات and wildlife, and hike towards scenic viewpoints like Teresek Hill, offering breathtaking views over the endless green canopy.

TAMAN NEGARA FLOATING RESTAURANT Lunch
Recharge with a delicious local meal at the unique Taman Negara Floating Restaurant. Set right on the river, this floating eatery offers a relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy authentic Malaysian flavors while taking in peaceful jungle views.

Tembeling River Guided tour
Get ready for an adrenaline rush on the Tembeling River. This guided river experience, known as “rapid shooting,” takes you through a series of fun rapids—expect splashes, laughter, and a refreshing way to cool down after your jungle trek.
Trip 5
Bateq Nigerito Village Taman Negara Visit
isit the traditional village of the Batek (Orang Asli) community, one of Malaysia’s indigenous groups. Here, you’ll gain insight into their fascinating way of life—watch demonstrations of survival skills like fire-making and blowpipe hunting, and learn how they live in harmony with the rainforest.
The tour lasts approximately 15 hours, including travel time, activities, and breaks. Expect an early morning departure and return around 8 PM.
The trek is moderate in difficulty. While manageable for most people with basic fitness, it involves uneven terrain, humidity, and some uphill sections (especially to Teresek Hill).
Wear lightweight, breathable clothing and comfortable trekking shoes. It’s also recommended to bring a change of clothes, as you may get wet during the river activity.
Although typically part of the experience, the Canopy Walkway is currently closed for maintenance and not accessible during the tour.
Rapid shooting is a fun boat ride through river rapids. It’s safe but exciting—expect splashes and a refreshing, slightly bumpy ride through the jungle river.
